Benjamin Brindise is a writer and spoken word poet living and working in Buffalo, NY. He is the author of Secret Anniversaries (Ghost City Press, 2019), Those Who Favor Fire, Those Who Pray to Fire (EMP Books, 2018), Rotten Kid (Ghost City Press, 2017) and I Was a Lid (Amazon, 2013). In 2017, he toured the northeast after the release of Rotten Kid, which was archived that year at Poets House in NYC. He has represented Buffalo, NY four times in the National Poetry Slam with two top 10 finishes. His work has been published or is forthcoming in places including Peatsmoke Journal, Maudlin House, Peach Mag, Foundlings, the My Next Heart: New Buffalo Poetry anthology (BlazeVox, 2017), Eunoia Review, Marathon Literary Review, The Buffalo News & the Buffalo Spree among many others.
